About Me
I’m Ada Preda, a certified coach (Erickson International, ICF-accredited program) and marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience working with global, mission-driven brands—including Unilever, Invisalign, RSA, HP, and Stanford Medicine. I hold an MBA with a focus in Marketing Strategy & Entrepreneurship, and I combine this business experience with award-winning, human-centered coaching to help purpose-driven individuals, leaders, and entrepreneurs gain clarity, confidence, and alignment in their lives and work.
My Story
Coaching is at the heart of my practice. What sets me apart is my unique blend of coaching and business expertise: unlike many coaches, I bring real-world strategy experience, and unlike many consultants, I bring a human-centered approach.

I’ve always been drawn to supporting people in realizing their potential—especially those who’ve felt boxed in, underestimated, or stretched thin by outdated systems or expectations. As an immigrant, woman, and marketer, I understand what it feels like to navigate transitions, advocate for your voice, and build something meaningful in spaces that aren’t always designed for you. Coaching allows me to bring both emotional insight and expertise to help clients rise—not rush—and create growth that’s sustainable, authentic, and aligned with who they truly are.
My coaching is grounded, empathetic, and human-centered. I don’t tell you what to do—I guide you to reconnect with your values, reclaim your agency, and make intentional decisions in line with your goals. Whether we’re exploring identity shifts, career transitions, leadership challenges, or purpose-driven business growth, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space for reflection, clarity, and realignment.
Outside of coaching, I’m married and a proud mom to a curious, spirited daughter. I love traveling, hiking, exploring new cultures and cuisines, and I speak three languages—something I’ve found helps me connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. My personal experiences shape my coaching practice and my commitment to creating spaces where all clients feel seen, understood, and empowered.
